Reversal Signals

 

 

 

 

3 Bar Reversal Up - This scan identifies a three bar pattern that indicates a potential move higher based on the following.  The first bar has a close lower than the open, the second bar has a lower low and a lower high than both the first and third bars, and the third bar and has a current close higher than the open.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 Bar Reversal Up (warning) - This scan shows when the first two conditions of a 3 Bar Reversal Up pattern have occurred and the third bar has begun the formation with a higher low.  The pattern will become a true 3 Bar Reversal when the high of the third bar passes the high of the second bar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 Bar Reversal Down - This scan identifies a three bar pattern that indicates a potential move lower based on the following.  The first bar has a close higher than the open, the second bar has a higher low and a higher high than both the first and third bars, and the third bar has a current close lower than the open.
